Note: State doc stamps on the deed are $7 per $1,000 of sales price in Broward.
State doc stamps on the mortgage are $3.50 per $1,000 of mortgage amount.                                                       Intangible tax on mortgage is $2 per $1,000 of mortgage amount.

The cost of the title insurance policy depends on the sales price; the minimum rate                                       established by the State of Florida is called "Promulgated Rate", and is $5.75 per                                             thousand up to $100,000, and $5.00 per thousand thereafter (up to $1,000,000).
