Note: State doc stamps on the deed are $7 per $1,000 of sales price in Broward. The cost of the title insurance policy depends on the sales price; the minimum rate established by the State of Florida is called "Promulgated Rate", and is $5.75 per thousand up to $100,000, and $5.00 per thousand thereafter (up to $1,000,000). Additional fees that may be incurred can include lenders fees; recording fees; documentary stamps and intangible tax; estoppel/lien searchfee;courier/overnight fees; survey; and all prorations that may apply.
